What we collect

We keep the email address you submit, an optional name, when you agreed to hear from us, your place and referral information, and the dates of your signup. We temporarily keep a protected version of an email verification code while you confirm your address.

If you use Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and possibly a profile image. Our sign-in service also keeps a short-lived session, device information and IP address for security, and encrypted OAuth credentials needed for the sign-in flow. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google content.

The site stores your waitlist reference in your browser so it can show your place when you return. Security checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits, help protect the signup form.

How we use it

We use this information to verify your email, maintain your waitlist place, count confirmed referrals, prevent abuse, send your code and welcome message, and contact you about early access. You can ask us to stop early-access emails at any time.

If you share your referral link, anyone with that link can use its referral code to join. The link does not contain your email address.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, waitlist database, security controls and email delivery. Google handles authentication if you choose Google sign-in. We do not sell your personal information or give your Google account data to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Google sign-in sessions expire after one day. We keep confirmed waitlist records while running early access, unless you ask us to remove yours, subject to any information we must retain for security or legal reasons. Security and delivery records may remain for a limited time under the providers' retention settings.

Your choices

Email hello@ospyr.com to request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist information, or to stop early-access messages. If you used Google, you can also revoke Ospyr's access from your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not automatically remove your waitlist record; contact us if you want it deleted.
